We understand that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances may force you to cancel your appointment with us. However, we also believe that our time and services are valuable, and we ask that you respect our time by adhering to our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to offer the time slot to someone else in need of treatment. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment before the 24-hour window will result in a $46 fee.

Late Arrival: We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that lead to you arriving late for your appointment. However, please understand that arriving late for your appointment will not extend your allotted time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee of $46 will apply.

No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not given us any prior notification, we will charge you a cancellation fee of $50 for wasting our valuable time and resources.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate them. If you miss your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment without any cancellation fees.
